FAQ

Water-saving device tips.

You can tap once and the water will flow continuously for up to 3 minutes and tap again to shut it off. We built a timer in the tap feature to prevent overflow so the tap will shut off automatically in 3 minutes if there is no next step.

Rotate the auto/manual switch valve located at the upper right corner of the control box counterclockwise to switch to manual mode. Use the faucet directly to control the water flow. After the power is restored, rotate the manual/auto switch valve clockwise to switch back to automatic mode, and you can use the foot switch again.

You must first install a check valve (as a separate component) on the cold/hot water supply valve before installing a water purifier, dishwasher, etc.
